We’re looking for an experienced Outbound Marketer to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this person will be to develop, manage and execute campaigns focused on enrolling our utility partners’ customers with Promise. This individual will need to be both strategic and tactical, using what we already know works, while also experimenting with new outreach methods across SMS, digital ads, social media, outbound call campaigns, and whatever else works.
We’re looking for an experienced Manager of Client Success (MCS) to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of the MCS will be to oversee operations of our main call center serving our utility and criminal justice customers. This will include everything from hiring and training to building runbooks to holding the team accountable to SLAs and KPIs. This is a demanding, rewarding role that will appeal to candidates who are high-energy and motivated. The MCS will manage a team of 5-10 Client Success Associates. This role reports to the General Manager of Utilities.
We’re looking for an experienced, sales-oriented Client Success Lead (CSL) to help manage our growing call center. The CSL’s primary responsibility will be to serve as “air traffic control” for the team, handling everything from training to escalations to managing schedule changes. Your secondary responsibility will be to jump in and help the team handle client inquiries via phone or email. The CSL must enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission- and results-driven and different each day. The role will appeal to candidates who are high-energy and motivated.
We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketer to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of the Product Marketer will be to develop, manage and execute customer acquisition and retention campaigns across channels including but not limited to SMS, digital ads, and social media. The individual will need to be both strategic and tactical, and able to quickly recognize and implement any adjustments needed to optimize the success of the campaigns. The role will appeal to candidates who are highly analytical and equally enjoy building thoughtful strategies and getting in the weeds to execute them.
We’re looking for Client Success Associates (CSAs) to join our growing team in Fairfield, CA. The CSA will handle inbound customer inquiries and proactive outreach in an effort to enroll new customers in Promise’s services. The CSA must enjoy working in person with a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission- and results-driven. The role will appeal to candidates who are high-energy and motivated.
