PromisePay for Relief Programs

Promise works with government entities to modernize and streamline the administration of relief and aid programs. Our Relief Portal enables the easy discovery, enrollment, and distribution of financial assistance funds from utilities or government agencies directly to their customers.

Promise provides a mobile-friendly website to allow customers to easily apply to receive financial assistance by self-attesting to program eligibility requirements. Successful applicants then quickly receive a credit against their bill.
